During the year 2007-2009, he was deputed to the Space Applications Centre (SAC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Ahmedabad, India to carry out research on, ‘Antennas for Satellite Applications. Currently, Dr. Dhaval Pujara is serving as the Director, School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar.

ii) Semiconductor Technology. Brief Profile: Dr. Amit Kumar received his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in 2021. He completed his M.Tech. in ECE with specialization in VLSI Design from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra in 2012, and earned his B.E. degree in ECE from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, in 2010.
Dr. Kumar has a strong academic and research background in the field of VLSI Design, with several publications in reputed international journals and conferences. His research interests include Analog and Digital CMOS VLSI Design, semiconductor device modeling, and fabrication techniques. He is passionate about advancing microelectronics through innovation and collaboration.
In June 2022, he joined Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Technology. At PDEU, he is actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising student projects, and conducting research in cutting-edge areas of VLSI and semiconductor technology.
Dr. Kumar continues to contribute to academic development through curriculum design, laboratory development, and academic mentoring. He aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by fostering research-led education and industry-oriented skill development.

Prior to that, I completed B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Purulia Government Engineering College, Purulia, West Bengal. My research interests include biomedical signal processing, machine learning, and deep learning.

Engg. College, Jhalawar (Rajasthan). He has completed M.Tech in Digital Communication from IIIT Gwalior in 2015. Dr Jarwal received various govt. funded fellowship such as Visvesavaraya PhD fellowship, CSIR (JRF) and etc, He has received a PhD degree in microelectronics from IIT (BHU), Varanasi in 2021. He has worked as Post Doctoral fellow in DRDO, Jodhpur. His area of expertise is perovskite solar cell, 2D materials, QDs based optoelectronic Devices, Photodetector, sensors. and thin film transistor. Dr Jarwal has published more than 20 reputed international journals and attended various international conferences.

He received Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad in the area of AI and blockchain for energy management. He has about 10 years of teaching and 3 years of industrial experience. He has working experience in different control and instrumentation related to Fast breeder reactors at Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI), Kalpakkam. He worked as an assistant Professor at Mody University of Science and Technology, Sikar (Rajasthan) from 2013 to 2018.

Brief Profile: Dr. Pallab Kumar Nath did his Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur in the year 2018. He did his M.Tech in VLSI Design from Bengal Engineering and Science University Shibpur (Presently IIEST Shibpur) in the year 2009. He completed his B.Tech in ECE from West Bengal University of Technology in the year 2005. He had adequate teaching experiences in various MHRD-Govt. of India funded institutes like NIT Raipur and IIITDM Kurnool. He joined this department in April 2022. Prior to joining PDEU, he was a post-doctoral research associate at IISc. Bangalore for 3 years. His research works have been published in various International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Nath received the prestigious CSIR-SRA fellowship and GYTI appreciation award in the year of 2020 and 2018 respectively.

Optimization based formulation Brief Profile: Dr. Parth S. Thakar received his Ph.D. from IIT Bombay (IITB), Systems and Control Engineering. He has more than three years of research experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR), Lisbon, Portugal. In Portugal, he was involved in three major research projects - LOTUS, REPLACE and CAPTURE, which involved various aspects of control of UAVs/Drones in transport and monitoring applications. In his Ph.D. at IIT Bombay, he worked on an indigenously developed setup, sponsored by ISRO. Dr. Parth received his bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication Engg., from Saurashtra University.
Dr. Parth received prestigious INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) Faculty Award, from Dept. of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India. Besides, he is also a recipient of Postdoctoral grant on the Project LOTUS- Load Transportation using UAVs. Dr. Thakar also received IIT Bombay travel grant and IEEE TC student support grant for attending International workshop on Variable Structure Systems at France and Mumbai in 2014 and in 2012 respectively. He also received ICC student support grant for attending International Conference - ICC at Hyderabad.
Dr. Parth was also invited as a guest lecturer at VESIT and RAIT in Mumbai. He is a member of IEEE and IEEE Control System Society since 2011. He regularly serves as a reviewer of many IEEE, Elseveir, IFAC and other bodies' reputed Journals and Conferences. He has several research papers in International Conferences and International Journals to his credit.

Brief Profile: Dr. Abhishek Ray holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Devices from NIT Raipur, with a strong academic background that includes an M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Engineering College Bilaspur. He also earned a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Polytechnic College Ambikapur. His research focuses on advanced semiconductor devices such as Gate-All-Around (GAA) MOSFETs and FinFETs, as well as memory technologies . Abhishek's work emphasizes improving the performance, reliability, and radiation resilience of devices. His expertise spans semiconductor device modeling, VLSI design, and digital logic design.
