Brief Profile: A communication teacher with more than 25 years of experience in print, broadcast and new media, Dr Mallik follows a multi-disciplinary approach to communication study, teaching, research and practice. He has worked with leading media houses like The times of India Group, Business India Group, IANS and Bhaskar Corp. His last job was with Ahmedabad Mirror, a morning compact of the Times Group, as its Deputy Resident Editor. Apart from being involved in launch of a few newspapers and supplements, Dr Mallik has been on the visiting faculty of some leading media and communications schools in India for more than 20 years. He has supervised several research dissertations, been involved in framing and reviewing university curricula, conducted faculty and management development programme sessions, and been resource person as several national and international seminars and workshops. He has authored/co-authored three books, written chapters in edited volumes, and presented some papers.

Having held senior positions in the corporate, the spectrum of his experience encompasses sectors such as power generation equipment, real estate, agro based industry, bullion and pharmaceuticals. He has implemented several industrial projects such as Castor Seeds Processing Complex and Energy Food Manufacturing Unit etc. He also acted as Consultant to a large scale engineering consultancy firm for NHAI projects.His research papers have been published in several national and international journals. A book titled as " Financial Management - A Determinant of Profitability" stands to his credit besides a case study in European Case Clearing House U.K. he has organized several workshops and seminars besides presenting research papers in national and international conferences serving the cause of creation and dissemination of knowledge and building intellectual capital for the university. He has been Ph. D. Guide in reputed universities and Reviewer of research papers in scholarly research journals of national and international repute.He is Chairman Board of Studies BBA and Commerce at SLS - PDPU. Brief Profile: Dr Nausheen Nizami is a labour economist, independent researcher and working as Assistant Professor in Economics at School of Liberal studies, PDPU. Her research is primarily in the contemporary areas of labour economics like decent work. She has published two books: 'Decent Work: Concept, Theory and Measurement' from Palgrave-Macmillan and 'Decent Work: Insights from India's IT Industry' by Sage Publications, a research paper in the Indian Journal of Labour Economics and 4 chapters in books.
She has undergone an intensive training programme in 'Contemporary issues of Labour economics' by South Asian Research Network (SARNET) in joint partnership with ILO and IDRC Canada.
She has sound knowledge of SPSS for data-analysis and her area of expertise is use of mixed-methods research in labour economics, human development and other social sector issues.

Brief Profile: Neeta Khurana is a senior Faculty in the Department of Languages, Literature and Aesthetics. She has lectured and published extensively on Gender, Semiotics, Communication Skills in National Institutes. She has coordinated and worked with over 500 village kids under Community Development Initiative of PDPU in 2015. She is a published author and recently published her Autobiography titled 'Soulful Whispers' under Rawat Publications. Brief Profile: Mr. Manoj K. Sahoo has 10 years of teaching and research experience, teaching Economics at MBA and UG level. Previously he was a Faculty with School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and worked as an Economic Consultant with Twelfth Finance Commission, Govt of India, New Delhi, advising on fixation of norms for Centre-StateTax Devolution and Mineral Royalty. As a Researcher with Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi he notably worked on restructuring of State Road Transport Undertakings in India.
As Co-Principal Investigator to Global Development Network Project under United Nation's Conference on Trade And Development (UNCTAD) he was tasked to estimating Outward FDI investment from Indian MNCs.
Mr. Sahoo started his academic career in Delhi University- Shahid Bhagat Singh College and Sri Ram College of Commerece, Delhi. Moreover, he had undertaken training assignments with Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange, Gujarat Forensic Science University, Gandhinagar, IMS Dehradun etc.
Mr. Sahoo has passed out from Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in his Masters and M.Phil in Economics along with UGC-NET. He has undertaken FDP from IIM, Indore specialising on Case Analysis method of teaching.
